Is breakfast included in the price?
No, breakfast is not included. It is available at nearby cafés, at an extra charge.
Do you have soundproof rooms?
Dome offers three quiet rooms overlooking the inner courtyard, all with excellent sound insulation to ensure a peaceful and comfortable stay: Stampace, Poetto, and Villanova.
Where can I park?
Dome provides secure parking for motorcycles and bicycles in a nearby garage, while cars can be parked on the surrounding streets.
Is there a hairdryer in the room?
Yes, there’s a hairdryer in every room, and it’s free to use.
Are bed linens and towels included?
Room linen is included. Bath towels are refreshed every two days, and bed sheets are changed weekly. More frequent changes are available upon request, at an additional cost.
Is luggage storage available?
Luggage storage is provided in a locked, video-monitored area near the property entrance.
Are there any rooms available for smokers?
The entire property is non-smoking.
Do you accept card payments?
Yes, we accept payments in cash, by bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal.
On which floor is the property located?
Dome is on the second floor, and the building has an elevator for easy access. There are eight steps on the staircase at the building’s entrance.
Is late-night check-in possible?
Check-in is available until 8:00 PM. For late arrivals (up to 12:00 AM), a €30.00 surcharge applies. This fee can be waived by requesting self check-in.
Do you offer an airport shuttle service?
Dome doesn’t directly manage airport transfers, but we work with professional private drivers (NCC) who can be booked upon request.
Is the property suitable for children?
Children aged 6 and above are welcome at Dome. Stays for younger guests (under 6) may be arranged upon prior approval from the property.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed, except for service animals.
Is the property wheelchair accessible?
While the property is on a single level and has an elevator, there is an 8-step staircase at the building’s entrance, which may not be accessible for guests using a wheelchair or those with limited mobility.
